SANDRA ROBERTS, MPA
Sandra Roberts has worked in marketing and marketing research for more than 30 years. She has a vast knowledge of marketing, with an emphasis on health care marketing. Roberts was the first marketing specialist for Tanner Medical Center, in Carrollton, Georgia, where she was instrumental in organizing the West Georgia Practice Manager’s Association. Roberts was a director of Planning and Research at Hamilton Medical Center in Dalton, Georgia where she was responsible for revamping its patient satisfaction measurement system, and was keenly involved in strategic planning. Roberts also assisted Voluntary Hospitals of America-Georgia develop patient satisfaction measurement systems and programs to offer its hospitals statewide.
Roberts also was director of market information for Northeast Georgia Health System in Gainesville, Georgia. She has worked as an analyst for several hospitals including Grady Health System in Atlanta, Georgia and WellStar Health System in Marietta, Georgia. Roberts was also the director of marketing for Southside Healthcare, Inc. which is the largest federally-qualified health center in Georgia.
Additionally, Ms. Roberts has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a master’s degree in public administration both degrees from the University of West Georgia.
